How will my calls be billed?

The charges for calls to our access numbers will simply appear on your normal telephone bill from your telephone provider (usually BT, Telewest or NTL).

For example, if you make a 5 minute call to Canada from a BT phone via access number 0844 861 00 01 which is charged at 1p/min; Next time you get your BT bill you will see a call to our 0844 861 00 01 number, a duration of 5 minutes and a total charge of 5 min x 1p = 5p.

Your service provider also usually charges a minimum charge or connection fee for each call; for example BT applies a 5p minimum charge. NTL charges a 5p connection fee and Telewest a 6p connection fee for 08 numbers and 10p for 09 numbers. For other networks please contact your service provider.
